Current Job Postings

Accountant                                  

Shift: 80 Hours Per Pay Period, M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

The Accountant is responsible for the operation of the agency’s accounting system and proper filing of business records.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree with a major in Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited college is preferred.
  • A minimum of five plus years of experience working in the areas of accounts payable and general ledger.
  • Maintains a valid Michigan driver’s license and has access to a reliable, licensed and insured vehicle for use on the job, vehicle must be insured in accordance with the State of Michigan.

CENA – Homecare                                

Shift: 60 Hours Per Pay Period (benefits eligible), M-F 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (may vary), On Call Weekends will vary

The CENA under the direction and ongoing supervision of the registered nurse, provides essential personal care assistance to patients.

Qualifications:

  • A nurse aide training and competency evaluation program approved by the State as meeting the requirements of § 483.151 through § 483.154 of this chapter, and is currently listed in good standing on the State nurse aide registry.
  • Current state of Michigan Nurse Aide Certification.
  • Maintains a valid Michigan driver’s license and has access to a reliable, licensed and insured vehicle for use on the job, vehicle must be insured in accordance with the State of Michigan.

Case Manager – Registered Home Care Nurse                                      

Shift: 80 Hours Per Pay Period, M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Weekends Vary

The RN provides skilled professional nursing care to the patient/family/caregiver as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulation as established by the State Board of Registered Nursing, the patient, and the policies of Harbor Hospice.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current state of Michigan Registered Nurse License.
  • Certification in hospice and palliative care preferred.
  • Possesses and maintains a current CPR certification.
  • Maintains a valid Michigan driver’s license and has access to a reliable, licensed and insured vehicle for use on the job, vehicle must be insured in accordance with the State of Michigan.

(1) Float Homecare Nurse – Registered Nurse                                                        

**Signing & Retention Bonus $3,000.00!**

Shift: 64 or 72 Hours Per Pay Period, M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Weekend Varies

The RN provides skilled professional nursing care to the patient/family/caregiver as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulation as established by the State Board of Registered Nursing, the patient and the policies of Harbor Hospice.
