Your gifts support a service or program, honor the memory of a loved one, or thank someone special.
Donations
You can make a donation to the Harbor Hospice Foundation to support a service or program (like the Leila & Cyrus Poppen Hospice Residence, hospice care, bereavement services, the Bob and Merle Scolnik Healing Center, palliative care, volunteer services, etc.), in memory of a loved one, or in honor of someone who has touched your life in a special way. Donations can also be made through gifts from an estate, trust, IRA, life insurance policy, or appreciated stock.

Memorial & Honorary Gifts
Memorial gifts offer a meaningful way to honor a loved one or to express sympathy to a family grieving the loss of someone they love, and honorary gifts are a special way to thank someone who has touched your life. We acknowledge these gifts to the donor and notify the family of your thoughtfulness.

Make a Donation or Memorial Gift
You can make a donation and/or memorial gift online, by mail, or by phone.

*Note: If you are making a memorial or tribute gift by mail, simply note on the memo line of your check (or attach a note) that your gift is “in memory” or “in honor” of an individual. If you would like an acknowledgment letter of your gift sent to a particular family member of the deceased or honoree, please provide that person’s name and address. Donors will receive an acknowledgment letter, including tax information for their gift. If your company matches your giving, please note that our legal name is Harbor Hospice Foundation.
