Dr. Caitlin Fulton, DO, AOBFP
Medical Director & Palliative Care Consulting Physician
Dr. Fulton holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University and completed her fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at Trinity Health Saint Mary’s in Grand Rapids. She is passionate about helping patients manage symptoms and focus on what matters most, believing that compassionate care can bring peace and dignity to patients and families alike.
Dr. Danielle Sigelko, DO, AOBFP
Hospice Physician
Dr. Sigelko holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Mercy Health Muskegon. Board certified in Family Medicine, she practiced family medicine for eight years in Cedar Springs, MI, before joining Harbor Hospice full-time in 2020. She finds purpose in providing comfort and compassionate care to patients and families when they need it most.
Dr. Melissa Duimstra, DO, AOBFP
Hospice and Palliative Care Physician
Dr. Duimstra, a graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her Family Medicine Residency at Mercy Health Muskegon and Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Trinity Health Grand Rapids. She began her career at Spectrum Health Reed City and joined Harbor Hospice after recognizing its commitment to patients and staff. With a background as a birth doula, she is passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions.
