Hospice Honors Elite is the highest level of achievement within the Hospice Honors program and recognizes agencies that not only score above national benchmarks but also excel across multiple quality indicators. Recipients are selected based on survey results that reflect the experiences of patients’ loved ones and caregivers. Harbor Hospice is the only hospice in Michigan to achieve this Elite status for 2026.
