Building a Legacy

The mission of the Harbor Hospice Foundation is to cultivate relationships that encourage philanthropy, ultimately supporting the Harbor Hospice mission. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality palliative, hospice, and grief care to patients and their families, regardless of their ability to pay. 

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Harbor Hospice Foundation is committed to assisting families and programs related to hospice and palliative care, offering compassionate support to those at the end of life’s journey. Each gift to the Harbor Hospice Foundation helps cover capital and program costs not covered by insurance or Medicare, allowing us to support patients and families during difficult times. Donations and grants fund vital programs, including patient assistance for those facing financial hardships, grief support services, sponsorship of Camp Courage—a bereavement camp for children ages 6-12 who have recently lost a loved one—and educational outreach initiatives focused on end-of-life care.

Ways to give to the Harbor Hospice Foundation include memorial and honorary gifts, donations from an estate or trust, and direct contributions. You can also join one of our four donor groups: Legacy Circle, Sustaining Circle, Compassionate Givers, or Corporate Partners.
