Celebrating Compassionate Care and Community Impact

In 2024, we celebrated more than four decades of nonprofit hospice care along the West Michigan lakeshore. We served nearly 2,000 patients across five counties, enhanced our phone and mobile systems to improve communication, and launched plans to refresh shared spaces at the Leila & Cyrus Poppen Hospice Residence during its 20th anniversary year.

We also proudly marked 30 years of Camp Courage, where children find comfort, connection, and healing after loss. Free community grief programs continued through the Bob and Merle Scolnik Healing Center, offering support to anyone in need.

These milestones reflect our mission to provide compassionate care—and are made possible by the ongoing generosity of our community.
