May 9-15  is National Skilled Nursing Week. Celebrating Being ‘Together Through the Seasons’ This National Skilled Nursing Care Week.

Harbor Hospice and Harbor Palliative Care is thrilled to participate in this year’s National Skilled Nursing Care Week (NSNCW) Sunday, May 9, through Saturday, May 15.

The theme for this year’s national observance, “Together Through the Seasons,” celebrates the collaborative commitment of skilled nursing care facilities and their staff in providing compassionate care to their residents during this unprecedented time.

Over the past year, despite the challenges of the pandemic, our team has shown a steadfast dedication to caring for and ensuring the safety of our residents who are a part of our family.

This year, Harbor Hospice and Harbor Palliative Care is saying thank you to all our area facilities to safely celebrate being together again.
