This year, we commemorate the passing of Sue Wierengo, Harbor Hospice’s founder. We achieved key milestones, such as raising awareness of palliative care benefits and launching the “Cooking for One” workshop for grieving partners. Leveraging technology, we improved support for patients and families across our five-county region, including rural areas.
