Our incredible health information professionals include our Medical Records Specialists and Medical Billing Specialists. Daily, they keep our patient, family and bereavement client information safe and secure. Protected behind lock and key, and many encrypted passwords.

The Medical Records Specialist maintains accurate patient charts to comply with state, federal, and JCAHO regulations, computer data entry into the patient management system, and word processing.

The Medical Billing Specialist handles the monthly Medicaid & Private Pay billing and remittances; the weekly accounts payable functions and the related bi-weekly payroll transmittals.
